Miscellany Monday

Even though I just did a post I feel like I should do another one just to feel better about blogging, bare with me here.

1. Japan
While at work today, I looked at CNN at all the horrific pictures and videos of the devastation mother nature did to Japan. It really makes you take a step back and thank God every single day that you are alive.
Carissa said it perfectly at Lowercase Letters :
he images from Japan are haunting and heart-wrenching.  I'm praying that the hope of Christ will be realized in the lives of many through all this devastation, for the glory of God.

"to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes,
the oil of gladness instead of mourning,
the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit;
that they may be called oaks of righteousness,
the planting of the LORD, that he may be glorified."
 (Isaiah 61:3 ESV)
Please pray for those affected by the disaster.

2. Training=well done
Today at work I trained a new scheduler while still reaching my daily numbers! SUCCESS!

3. Spring Forward
Only means one thing, 1 hour gone out of a already short day. HOWEVER, I love Spring. I love the flowers starting to bloom on the trees, I love the sunshine beating down through my sunroof while drive down the highway, I love the way the Earth looks when it comes back to life from winter hibernation. Spring this year also means I become a Wife. So much to be thankful this Spring.
I want to plant some of these beauties in my yard this year:
If I could have pink peonies in my house at all times, I would. I love them. Hints the reason I am using them in my wedding :)

4. My sweet and loving puppies

I love waking up having these sweet babies in my life every single day

xoxo

Your pooches are SO CUTE. What is the second one holding?! It's enormous!

I agree with you about Japan.. what happened is truly devastating and we need to help out as much as we possibly can, whether it's praying for them or donating money.

Thank you so much! Laila is carrying a huge bone, which she loves and it keeps her distracted throughout the day!
