We have decided to start eating much healthier, we normally eat pretty healthy, but we want to cut back on some things.
New Diet:
Only wild caught fish
Only organic chicken without any additives or hormones (will say on the package)
All fresh veggies and fruit..nothing frozen
No grains at all (at least for right now)
Try to cut back on dairy in-take.
We decided to start this new diet because we are close to 2 MONTHS away from the wedding and it's crunch time to help see better results with our working out regimen. I try to make it to the gym at least 4 times a week, if I'm lucky I will make it 6 times a week for at least an hour each day. Luckily, when we joined the gym, we got free person training sessions, so I have been taking FULL advantage of those!
